DESCRIPTION:Entries are being taken for our popular\, annual Handicap Tournament\, which will run from Saturday\, 11 June to Finals’ Day on Saturday\, 3 September 2016. This year\, the Club Championships will also conclude on 3 September. \nYou can enter beginner and improver singles\, singles\, doubles\, mixed doubles and vets doubles events. \nThe entry fee is £3 per person\, per event. \nThe entry deadline is Sunday\, 22 May.  \nDownload 2016 Handicap Tennis Tournament Entry Form \nCheques are to be made payable to ‘Beckenham Lawn Tennis Club’ and are to be handed to James Buddell\, John Pedevilla\, a member of the tennis committee\, or through the main office letterbox marked ‘Handicap Tennis Tournament’. \nPlease DO NOT hand in entry forms in at the bar. \n

SUMMARY:Memorial Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Take part in our annual Memorial Tournament\, on Saturday\, 18 June 2016. \nAll profits and tea takings will go to St. Christopher’s Hospice. \nThe mixed doubles event is open to full adult members. The entry fee is £2 per person. \nSubmit your entry as an individual (NOT AS A TEAM) to Peter Clegg and Sue Buddell\, who will decide on the pairs! \nNO entries will be accepted after Thursday\, 16 June. \nPlease submit your entry to Peter or Sue\, who are looking for donations of cakes for tea. \nParticipants are required to arrive at 1:45 p.m. and be available to play from 2-5 p.m. \nThere will be a prize draw for all entries. \nThis year’s Memorial Tournament will be held in memory of Derek Richardson\, a former tennis committee member and part of the team that rennovated The Summer Pavilion between 1996 and 2003. \n  \n  \n
