DESCRIPTION:Come along to Beckenham Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday\, 25 June 2016. Invite your family and friends to this special day\, which forms part of the 150th anniversary of Beckenham Cricket Club. \n\nAdults and children can receive coaching from two former British Davis Cup players (cost £10 per person)\nJoin in a Hog Roast social with live music from 7:30 p.m. (Adults: £20\, Under 21s: £10)\nListen to West End stage performers\, London City Soul\, [a seven-piece group] who will perform a variety of songs.\nFormer champions of the Beckenham international tournament (1886-1996) will also be present throughout the day.\n\nAll money raised on 25 June 2016 will go to Beckenham LTC. \nITINERARY FOR SATURDAY\, 25 JUNE \nTennis Coaching (£10 per person) & Exhibition Match\n12:45 p.m. – Open Day begins\, welcome attendees\n1:00-1:45 p.m. – Mini Tennis Kids Coaching\, Ages 4-11 (maximum number 30)\n1:45-2:30 p.m. – Children’s Coaching\, Ages 12-18 (maximum number 24)\n2:00 p.m. – Club afternoon on grass courts\, for those waiting around\n2:00 p.m. – Prospective adult members begin coach-led session\n2:30-3:30 p.m. – Adult Coaching (maximum number 28) FULLY BOOKED\nFrom approx. 2:30 p.m. – Tea begins to be served in The Summer Pavilion\n3:30-4:30 p.m. – Adult Team Coaching (maximum number 16) FULLY BOOKED\n4:30-5:00 p.m. – Break\, service speed gun on court (all can take part)\n4:30-5:00 p.m. – Davis Cup players take a break\n5:00-6:00 p.m. – Doubles Exhibition match with Davis Cup & Club players\n6:00 p.m. – END OF TENNIS \nBook your place or join the waiting list for the 25 June tennis coaching\, which will cost £10 per person\, with Alexia Capsomidis. \nHog Roast Social & Live Music (Adults: £20\, Under 21s: £10)\n7:00 p.m. – First guests arrive\, drinks from bar etc.\n7:30 p.m. – Hog Roast begins\n8:30 p.m.-9:15 p.m. – London City Soul live music begins (45 minutes)\n9:30-10:15 p.m. – London City Soul live music (45 minutes)\nMidnight – CLOSE \nGet in touch with Lizzie Grumbach or Diane Alagar if you wish to sign-up for the evening social and live music. \nAll money raised on 25 June 2016 will go to Beckenham LTC. \n
